Eusebio Unzué is a Spanish former racing cyclist and current team manager of the Movistar Team. He was born on June 26, 1955, in Navarra, Spain. In his racing career, Unzué was a professional cyclist from 1977 to 1984 and won several races, including the Spanish National Road Race Championship in 1981.
After his career as a cyclist, Unzué became a sports director and team manager. He worked with teams such as Reynolds, Banesto, and Caisse d'Epargne before becoming the manager of the current Movistar Team in 2011. Under his management, the team has become one of the most successful teams in professional cycling, winning numerous Grand Tour titles and other prestigious races.
